50% deposit, 50% balance on copy of B/L. Available for trusted repeat clients with established order history and credit review.

LC

Irrevocable LC at sight accepted for Enterprise accounts. Provides bank-level security for large orders above $50,000 USD.

Our Service Fee

Split

Our commission is invoiced in two parts: 50% upon supplier confirmation and 50% upon successful pre-shipment inspection clearance.

Pricing FAQ

Is your commission included in the product price or added on top?
Our commission is always a separate, clearly itemized line on your invoice — it is never embedded in the product price. This ensures full transparency. You receive both the factory invoice and our service invoice independently so you can verify the real factory price at all times.
Are there any setup fees, monthly retainers, or minimum spend?
No setup fees. No retainers. No minimums on our end. We only earn when you place an order with a supplier we found for you. Our first consultation and supplier search is completely free — you only pay our commission once a confirmed purchase order is placed.
What currency do you invoice in?
We invoice in USD for international clients. Factory payments to Chinese suppliers are processed in CNY (Chinese Yuan) directly from our Yiwu account, protecting you from FX friction. For Enterprise clients, EUR and GBP invoicing is available upon request.
Do you charge anything if I don't end up placing an order?
No. Supplier research, initial price quotes, and shortlist reports are provided free of charge with no obligation. The only exception is if you request physical samples to be shipped internationally — in that case, courier costs are billed at cost with no markup.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-order if I need additional services?
Yes. You can add services à la carte at any point before shipment. For example, if you started on Sourcing Only but want to add a pre-shipment inspection, we can arrange it for a fixed fee rather than upgrading the entire commission rate.
